TREESURE tackles the increasing risk of tree failure in Europe’s urban forests caused by extreme wind events by developing a co-designed decision support system for tree health monitoring and risk-informed management. By integrating satellite data, IoT sensors, and nature-based solutions, and actively engaging local stakeholders, the project aims to strengthen early warning, coordinated response, and local resilience.
